Marketing Project Manager - turns “we should” into “it’s live”!

You know that moment when a campaign actually launches on time, looks great, and everyone knows what’s going on? That’s your thing. As our Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be the one turning ideas into reality without killing the creative vibe along the way. If you enjoy bringing order to a slightly chaotic marketing universe (and maybe have a soft spot for a well-structured Favro board), you might feel right at home here.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Plan and coordinate our always-on marketing communication and newsletters so nothing falls through the cracks
• Run our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook - both the fun and the follow-through
• Manage influencer collaborations from first DM to final results check
• Lead and prioritise campaigns from idea to launch, keeping everyone aligned and moving forward
• Keep structure where it matters (timelines, follow-ups etc) in our case Favro and improve how we work as we go. Favro is therefore in your expertise.
  
  

What you’ve done before (or something close to it)

• You’ve worked hands-on with marketing coordination and project management — meaning you know the difference between a plan that looks good and one that actually survives reality
• You’re confident coordinating people, timelines, and moving parts, and kind of enjoy being the one who keeps everything (and everyone) on track
• You’ve led and prioritised campaigns — and know that not everything can be “top priority” (even if it sometimes feels like it)
• You’ve planned and executed always-on communication (like newsletters or content calendars) and understand how to keep things consistent without it feeling repetitive
• You’ve used data to evaluate what worked (and what didn’t), and adjusted plans accordingly
  
  

A bit about the roleThis is a temporary position (vikariat), and you’ll work closely with our marketing team as well as colleagues in Creative, Performance, and beyond. There will be a lot going on — different channels, markets, and projects — which is exactly why your role matters.
