Senior Technical Expert – Network

Do you want to drive design, standardization, and modernization while supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Senior Technical Expert – Network you will serve as a SME for network technologies across our global enterprise environment — spanning IT, OT, data center, and cloud. You will also act as a technical mentor, sharing knowledge with internal teams and external partners.

Using your potential, you will:

• Design, implement, and evolve enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, DC, Cloud, OT)
• Work with SD-WAN strategy and enhancements (FortiGate / Check Point)
• Architect and manage hybrid cloud networking (Azure + on-prem)
• Implement and manage Cisco ISE, 802.1X (wired & wireless), and Zero Trust segmentation
• Administer Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IP management), NetScaler, and Cisco DNA Center
• Manage wireless infrastructure (Cisco WLC) across office and production environments
• Design and secure OT networks in compliance with IEC 62443 and NIS2
• Provide 3rd-line support and root cause analysis for complex incidents
• Collaborate with and mentor internal teams.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Expert – Network who is:

In addition, we believe you have

• An academic degree and 5+ managing large-scale, multi-site network infrastructure
• Expertise in: routing & switching (BGP, redundancy, HA), SD-WAN, firewalls (FortiGate, Check Point), Cisco ISE, WLC, DNA Center, Infoblox, NetScaler, Azure networking
• Experience with data center networking and hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with IT/OT network design and industrial security standards
• CCNP (minimum required)
• Experience with NIS2 and IEC 62443
• Network automation, Python scripting and IaC
• Background in large global, multi-country environments
• Strong ability to communicate with both business and IT stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
