The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager/Manager to support our HR operations and employee engagement efforts. In this role, you will work closely with department leaders to create an inspiring and inclusive work culture, helping to fuel our agency's growth.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Provide the end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance evaluations, and compliance with HR policies and legislation.
- Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives like staff events, town halls, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from scoping role requirements to facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes. This includes posting job ads, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and extending formal job offers. Act as the company's ambassador at career fairs and other professional networking events.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ensure recruitment materials align with brand guidelines.
- Internship Programs: Work closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement internship programs that align with both the company's objectives and the developmental goals of interns. Actively engage with universities and polytechnics to establish partnerships for a continuous pipeline of internship talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as the go-to HR contact for staff queries, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews to gather insights into employee experiences and opportunities for organizational improvement during offboarding. Additionally, maintain stringent data management protocols to ensure the complete accuracy and integrity of all related records throughout the offboarding journey.
- Performance & Compensation: Assist in annual performance and compensation reviews, adhering to corporate philosophy.
Pre-requisites
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience. Working in real estate is an added advantage
- Team-oriented with a hands-on approach to HR operations.
- Excellent command of written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS; advanced MS Excel skills are a must.
- Thorough knowledge of Singapore Employment Laws.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High energy, self-driven, and a self-starter who is able to work independently.
- Bubbly personality with a pleasant disposition.
- Creative and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for the real estate agency is a plus.
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
