Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Investment & Ecosystem Associate for a full-time remote position based in Singapore. This role focuses on evaluating opportunities across Web3, digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and emerging DeFi markets.

The ideal candidate understands crypto markets, token models, and ecosystem growth. You will work closely with analysts, researchers, and leadership to assess opportunities, track market developments, and support informed investment and ecosystem decisions in a fast-moving digital asset environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities across digital assets, blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, staking ecosystems, and emerging Web3 projects

• Evaluate token models, market positioning, adoption trends, liquidity conditions, and return potential

• Monitor market developments, on-chain activity, protocol traction, capital flows, and broader ecosystem trends

• Identify ecosystem, partnership, and market expansion opportunities across the Web3 space

• Prepare research reports, investment summaries, market updates, and ecosystem insight briefs

• Assess protocol risks, competitive landscape, token incentives, and structural factors that may affect strategy

• Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and cross-functional teams to support investment and ecosystem initiatives

• Track developments across blockchain infrastructure, digital asset sectors, and changing market conditions

• Contribute to ongoing research, strategic projects, and ecosystem-focused initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in crypto research, digital asset analysis, investment support, ecosystem strategy, partnerships, or related roles

• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain networks, cryptocurrency markets, tokenomics, and DeFi ecosystems

• Ability to assess opportunities, market risks, and emerging trends across fast-moving crypto sectors

• Familiarity with crypto analytics platforms, on-chain data tools, and market research resources

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret quantitative, on-chain, and qualitative data

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well across teams

• Experience with digital assets, DeFi protocols, Web3 partnerships, or blockchain strategy is preferred

Compensation

Salary range: SGD 130,000 - SGD 150,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
