About the Role

A global financial organisation is seeking a Senior Network & Voice Engineer to support and enhance its high‑availability enterprise network across data centres, Azure cloud, and international offices.

You’ll work across routing, switching, cloud networking, and voice systems in a technically diverse, project-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain global LAN/WAN networks and Azure cloud networking (ExpressRoute, VNet peering, gateways).
• Configure and support Cisco routing/switching, VLANs, QoS, VoIP, and ACLs.
• Troubleshoot and monitor network performance; perform packet analysis (Wireshark).
• Support enterprise voice systems, including Cisco CUBE/SBC, CUCM, Unity, SIP connectivity.
• Manage Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing.
• Collaborate with security on firewalls; participate in on‑call rotation; support data centre visits.

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong Cisco routing/switching experience
• Azure networking (ExpressRoute, VNet peering, Azure Firewall preferred)
• Cisco CUBE/SBC & enterprise VoIP
• CUCM deployment/support
• Teams Calling with Direct Routing
• SIP connectivity, TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP
