We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Corporate Learning Coordinator to join our T&L Team.

With you we will:

• Administrate learning solutions and manage participants in iLearn platform;  
• Management of learning content data quality; 
• Coordination and resolution of queries and system errors; 
• Collaboration with Senior stakeholders from functions and businesses;  
• Reporting and analytics to get business insight;  
• Processing ad-hoc request based on function need;  
• Work on improvements and value-added projects.
  
  

Key requirements:

   

• Masters’ degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent; 
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel   
• Successful experience in managing short & long term projects in terms of coordination/administration/management skills. 
• Ability to work within tight deadlines. 
• A great communicator and a team player  
• A professional with customer-first mindset   
• Ability to work autonomously, make things happen, take ownership and initiative. 
• English (advanced written and verbal);
