Senior SAP ABAP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications using ABAP programming language. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP systems, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

The remote option applies only to the candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP applications using ABAP programming language
• Analyze and modify existing ABAP code to improve performance and functionality
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP applications
• Mentor and guide junior ABAP developers
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and ABAP programming techniques
• Participate in project planning and estimation
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations

Requirements

• 3+ year of working experience as SAP Consultant
• Good knowledge of standard SAP ABAP functionality
• ABAP development skills
• Functional specifications and technical specifications creation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage own workload
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level
