Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will own end-to-end design for a SaaS product, working closely with product and engineering to shape experiences that drive real business outcomes. This is a high-ownership role for someone who treats product design as a craft, not a job.

• Product Thinking: Understands business goals, user psychology, TAM/SAM/SOM, conversion funnels, and retention loops—not just UI.
• UX Excellence: Information architecture, micro-interactions, accessibility, responsive UX, performance-aware design.
• Design Systems: Can build, scale, and maintain component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.
• AI-Driven Iteration: Takes feedback constructively, processes it through logic and insights, and converts it into improved design outcomes.
• Self-Directed Learner: Constantly upgrades skillset and experiments with AI and UX innovations.
• Execution Obsession: Gets work done without waiting for perfect process or approvals.

Who You Are (Must-Haves):

• 3+ years of experience designing SaaS products (web + mobile).
• Graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Engineering college, or Design graduate from NID/NID-equivalent.
• Strong expertise with modern design tools (Figma, prototyping, design systems, UX IA).
• AI-First Designer Mindset: Uses AI tools at every stage of workflow—ideation, wireframing, prototyping, content creation, critique, iteration, and user testing.
• Deep obsession with product quality, details, and craft.
• Non 9-to-5 attitude—works with autonomy, urgency, and accountability.
• Proactive by nature, not reactive—anticipates problems and solves before escalation.
• High agility and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong communicator with ability to ask the right questions before starting design.

• Prior experience with restaurant SaaS/merchant SaaS domain.
• Deep involvement in a successful AI product (from 0 → 1 or scaled adoption).
• Experience designing for F&B/retail/POS/merchant workflows.
• Contributions to a product that achieved strong adoption, revenue impact, or ecosystem scale.
