Product Manager

At Speech Processing Solutions, we build speech recognition and voice productivity solutions that help professionals in law, healthcare, and beyond work smarter and more efficiently.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for SpeechLive Health.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of this product vertical, shape the long-term direction, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, and commercial stakeholders to build

AI-enabled healthcare solutions that clinicians and healthcare professionals trust.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for SpeechLive Health, aligned with SPS business goals and healthcare market needs.
• Lead discovery and validation with clinicians, healthcare organizations, and partners to uncover high-value pain points and use cases.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives, balancing customer value, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility
• Drive AI-enabled product initiatives, including speech-to-text, clinical documentation workflows, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Write clear product requirements (themes, epics, user stories) that enable strong execution while keeping the “why” front and center.
• Define success metrics (product outcomes, adoption, retention, value delivered) and use data and feedback loops to steer decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, Go-To-Market readiness, and ongoing customer feedback loops.
• Act as an internal product expert and ambassador for SpeechLive Health, building alignment across stakeholders.
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 4 years of software product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
• Solid understanding of AI-driven products, bonus if you've worked with AI agents, speech technologies, or workflow automation
• Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
• Ability to translate complex user needs (clinical, operational, regulatory) into clear product decisions and priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and domain experts
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
