Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the project.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in managing customer projects.
• Minimum 2 full project development life cycles.
• Ability to manage External and Internal Stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Experience with ERP and MES is a plus.
• Expertise in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with SAP.
• Solid experience with the waterfall methodology.
• Strong background in IT, including experience as a software engineer and knowledge of programming languages like Java.
• Comprehensive Salesforce expertise, including experience with the entire ERP process from quotation to order fulfillment.
