About The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to join our Support Systems Team. In this role will analyse and optimise workflows, build and maintain secure automations and integrations, implement AI-driven capabilities, and ensure reliable operations through continuous improvement and best engineering practices.

What You’ll Do
- analyse and optimise workflows across ERP, CRM, and contact center systems; drive automation improvements
- design, build, and maintain secure automations and integrations (APIs, webhooks, event-driven flows)
- implement AI capabilities (speech-to-text, summarisation, classification) with quality controls
- provide operational support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of solutions
- ensure quality via testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices and standards
- collaborate with stakeholders, take ownership, and support a reliable production environmen
- some hands-on experience or strong interest in business process automation and system integrations
- basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems or contact center environments
- familiarity with integration concepts (e.g., APIs, authentication, data mapping, error handling, monitoring)
- foundational programming skills (Python or JavaScript) and experience using Git or other version control tools
- interest or initial exposure to AI or voice solutions, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
- fluency in English
