About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to join our Support Systems Team. In this role will analyse and optimise workflows, build and maintain secure automations and integrations, implement AI-driven capabilities, and ensure reliable operations through continuous improvement and best engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

• analyse and optimise workflows across ERP, CRM, and contact center systems; drive automation improvements
• design, build, and maintain secure automations and integrations (APIs, webhooks, event-driven flows)
• implement AI capabilities (speech-to-text, summarisation, classification) with quality controls
• provide operational support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of solutions
• ensure quality via testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices and standards
• collaborate with stakeholders, take ownership, and support a reliable production environmen
  
  

What You Bring

• some hands-on experience or strong interest in business process automation and system integrations
• basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems or contact center environments
• familiarity with integration concepts (e.g., APIs, authentication, data mapping, error handling, monitoring)
• foundational programming skills (Python or JavaScript) and experience using Git or other version control tools
• interest or initial exposure to AI or voice solutions, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
• fluency in English
