Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Verify Security Identity Governance Consultant to support a confidential Finnish NDA customer. The role focuses on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) within a complex, security-sensitive environment and hands-on capabilities.

The consultant will work onsite in Finland and will be responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Verify Identity Governance solutions (IGI / ISISM) in line with strict governance, security, and compliance requirements. Due to the nature of the assignment, security clearance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Verify Identity Governance (IGI / ISISM) solutions
• Configure and customize identity governance workflows, access models, and policies
• Support supplier delivery and governance processes within a secure logistics / supply chain context
• Develop and customize integrations, rules, and extensions to meet customer-specific requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate closely with security, IAM, and governance stakeholders onsite
• Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing identity governance implementations
• Contribute to documentation, governance models, and operational handover where required

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• Proven experience as a Verify Identity Governance / Identity Governance Consultant
• Strong hands-on expertise in IGI / ISISM
• Development and customization skills (workflows, rules, integrations, scripting/configuration)
• Solid understanding of Identity Governance, Access Control, and Security Governance
• Experience working in high-security, regulated environments
• Eligibility for and willingness to obtain security clearance
• Able to work independently and take ownership of complex identity governance deliveries

Nice to Have

• Experience in supply chain or logistics-related environments
• Background in supplier governance or large enterprise IAM programs
• Familiarity with compliance-driven or audit-heavy organizations

IGI – Identity Governance and Intelligence (IBM Verify Identity Governance platform) focuses on who should have access to what, why, and whether that access is compliant.

ISIM – Identity Security / Identity Manager (formerly IBM Security Identity Manager) handles the technical execution of access.
