Chief Technology Officer
Remote / Hybrid - Ireland based | Competitive base + bonus + equity
The opportunity
We are seeking a strategic Chief Technology Officer to lead our client's technical evolution as they scale their market-leading RFP intelligence platform across new markets and deeper into the US government contracting space.
This is a rare opportunity to shape technology strategy at a high-growth SaaS company where your work directly impacts how the world's most security-conscious organisations manage compliance, quality, and risk. Their software is used by 11 of the top 15 US government contractors to analyse millions of documents and ensure mission-critical compliance.
You'll join at a pivotal moment, with a clear mandate to AI adoption, drive infrastructure, security, scalability, and platform evolution - with the benefit of deep technical continuity and strong founder support.
About the company
Our client is a Dublin-headquartered software company revolutionising how enterprise and government organisations manage content quality and compliance. Their AI-powered platform analyses vast quantities of documents and data, instantly identifying compliance risks, improving quality and clarity, and ensuring consistency.
They are entering an exciting growth phase, expanding across the Nordics, UK, EU, US, and Australia, while deepening AI capabilities and maintaining their position as the RFP intelligence leader in the government contracting market.
This is a remote-first company. The role is remote, with some travel to Dublin for executive team and company meetings. You must be based in Ireland and eligible to work and pay taxes here.

- Champion compliance across products, maintaining adherence to government, industry, and customer regulatory standards - including FedRAMP, SOC 2, and GDPR
