What You'll Be Doing

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable impact. You’ll work end-to-end—from scoping and data preparation to model development, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to turn ideas into reliable, scalable systems. Projects range from workflow automation and intelligent assistants to decision‑support tools and internal productivity enhancements.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Work on AI-powered automation and ML solutions across various projects and use cases.
• Design, build, and optimize end‑to‑end AI workflows (from data prep to deployment).
• Develop models or leverage existing AI systems to automate tasks, improve efficiency, or enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, evaluation, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Document workflows, processes, and handover notes clearly and professionally.
  
  

You'll be successful if you have

• Proven experience in AI engineering, ML engineering, or AI-driven workflow automation.
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Experience with the full lifecycle: problem scoping, data preparation, model handling/evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional maturity and ability to adapt to different project scopes and timelines.
