Junior People & Culture Specialist (HR)

Since 2004, we have been operating in the international telecommunications sector, providing Voice and SMS services to global operators and partners worldwide.

We are looking for a Junior People & Culture Specialist who will work closely with the HR function and support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is not a routine HR role.

You will be directly involved in building, organizing, and improving HR processes in a growing international company.

Role Purpose

To support and execute core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and daily operations — while ensuring structure, follow-up, and consistency across all people-related activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth employee integration
  • Manage employee documentation and HR records
  • Assist in maintaining and improving HR processes and procedures
  • Support internal communication and HR announcements
  • Follow up on daily HR operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Work closely with managers to support people-related needs
  • Contribute to employee engagement and internal initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships included)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Detail-oriented and structured way of working
