We are seeking a talented and proactive Project Manager to become a vital part of our onboarding team. You will ensure a frictionless, on-time, and fully aligned onboarding experience by coordinating all non‑technical activities, managing customer relationships, and maintaining clear, accurate, and timely information flows between Sales, Supply, Customers, and CSPs (Channel Service Partners). In this dynamic role, you will collaborate directly with customers to plan and execute integration projects, manage risks, and drive the organization toward achieving its business objectives.

What you will be focused on:

• Lead E2E Integrations: Drive project according to defined processes, schedule and run checkpoint calls, readiness gates, create needed documentation, tracking actions, and due dates.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, product engineering, sales and supply teams, customers and network providers, to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Project Execution Management: Supervise project execution, including monitoring, reporting, conflict resolution, critical issue handling, change management, risk management, and dependency management.
• On-Time Delivery Assurance: Ensure all projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and meet product commitments.

What You Bring:

• You bring hands‑on experience in project or program management (around 3–5 years), ideally gained in product development or customer‑focused environments in a global IT organization.
• You have experience with tools like Jira, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence, building trust with diverse stakeholders and fostering strong, collaborative relationships across teams.
• You enjoy enabling technical teams to do their best work- removing obstacles, resolving challenges, and guiding projects toward impactful outcomes.
• You’re comfortable working in Agile and Lean environments, balancing strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to what truly matters.
• You thrive in a culture of ownership and curiosity, bringing a positive, solution‑oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
