Program Manager

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise to drive complex, multi-stream programs in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP, CRM, and digital transformation programs
• Define program roadmap, governance, and execution strategy
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with business goals
• Engage C-level stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Oversee system integrations and business process transformation
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and program performance
• Drive change management and ensure successful user adoption

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in Program/Project Management
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP/CRM implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
• Experience working with system integrators and global delivery teams
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
