Ten Sixty AI — one of the world leaders in AI-generated video solutions for real estate — is seeking a casual (freelance) Chief Technology Officer to help drive innovation across our rapidly scaling platforms.

This is an equity-only role, ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI and building globally impactful products.

We are backed by some of Australia’s largest real estate groups and are actively rolling out our AI platforms across major brand agencies both locally and internationally. Our mission is to redefine how real estate content is created using AI — combining video generation, LLMs, and automation at scale.

We’re looking for a highly technical, forward-thinking CTO who is deeply embedded in the latest AI tooling ecosystem — particularly:

• Codex
• Claude 4.6
• Emerging LLM and video-generation models

You will play a key role in:

• Driving technical strategy and innovation across our two AI platforms
• Rapidly prototyping and implementing new AI capabilities
• Identifying and integrating best-in-class AI tools and workflows
• Scaling systems as we expand globally

This is a hands-on role — you’ll be building, testing, and shipping.

• React Native
• TypeScript
• AWS

• 4–5+ years experience working with the above tech stack
• Strong experience with modern AI coding tools (e.g. Codex, Claude)
• Deep understanding of LLMs, APIs, and AI-driven product development
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong product mindset — not just engineering, but innovation-focused
• Experience with video, generative AI, or automation tools is a big plus

• Be at the forefront of AI in a high-growth global category
• Work directly on products already adopted by major industry players
