POWR is on a mission to provide easy-to-use, affordable, and customizable solutions that help businesses grow online. Our suite of no-code plugins integrate with websites and e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Wix, enabling merchants to engage and convert their audiences effectively.
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who thrives at the intersection of e-commerce, SaaS, and AI-driven products. You lead with user empathy and a problem-solving mindset, uncovering insights, defining experiences, and shaping product direction while creating thoughtful, high-quality interfaces that bring those experiences to life.
This is a fully remote role, collaborating closely with our teams in the U.S. and Kazakhstan. We’re looking for someone who can sync across overlapping hours to participate in design reviews, team discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
If you’re passionate about designing products that make a real impact for businesses and users alike, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do

- Design end-to-end flows, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to move projects from concept to launch
- Effectively communicate and present design solutions to stakeholders across the company
- Contribute to and help evolve POWR’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.) to inform design decisions
- Partner with other designers to give and receive feedback and continuously improve design quality
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or a related field
- Solid foundation in UX principles (UX depth is a plus)
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Experience or interest in AI-driven tools and workflows
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS or similar; AI-assisted coding tools like Claude are fine)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to move work forward with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable working remotely with a global team
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment
Nice to Have
- Experience writing product specifications or redlining designs for engineering
- Experience designing for live products, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools like Shortcut
Bonus Skills
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Exposure to databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
