Job Description

• Document and analyze business processes and user needs
• Translating these needs into IT features and solutions
• Work closely with the business to identify improvements and optimize processes
• Define desired processes and establish acceptance criteria
• Produce documents that serve as a basis for technical colleagues (technical analysts, developers, testers)
• Maintain regular contact with business analysts, technical colleagues and business users

Profile description

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience
• Interest in the general functioning of the Immigration Office and the digitalization of processes within the framework of the eMigration program
• Analytical mind and structured work
• Experience in large, complex IT projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• In-depth knowledge of UML and possibly BPMN, CMMN and/or DMN
• Good knowledge of database structures and XML (JSON is a plus)
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architect is an asset
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and Figma is an asset
