Job Overview

We are hiring a Java Production Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise applications in a 24x7 production environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot, along with the ability to handle production issues and ensure system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications
• Monitor applications and resolve production incidents in a timely manner
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
• Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and minor development tasks
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams
• Participate in on-call support rotation
• Ensure smooth functioning and high availability of applications

Requirements

• 5–8 years of IT experience
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience in production support (L2/L3)
• Good understanding of incident management and troubleshooting
• Familiar with Agile working environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in telecom domain
• Exposure to monitoring tools or cloud environments
