We are building an Engineering Team in Dublin focused on rapid prototyping and innovation. We seek a hands-on, delivery-oriented Full Stack Engineer for our Product Engineering. In this role, you will engage in the development and implementation of innovative solutions that leverage Generative AI and other advanced technologies. You will provide technical leadership across the full stack, setting standards for robust design and timely delivery of quality, tested code.

Job Title: Innovation Engineer / Gen AI Developer

Team Build - Extensive hiring

Length of Assignment: 6 Months, long project with likely extensions

Location: Dublin, Ireland (2 days in the office per week)

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday (35 hours per week: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Day Rate: 600 – 700 Euros per day (Umbrella)

or

Permanent 60-110k Euros

What You Need To Have

  • 5+ years of commercial experience with a proven track record of delivering scalable digital products.
  • Ability to design systems across the full stack.
  • Deep knowledge of design patterns, tools, and techniques for delivering high-performance, secure UI applications.
  • Strong experience with React + Tailwind / Next.js or equivalent frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Node.js (Nest.js); Python is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of DOM, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design patterns.
  • Experience with data integration and working with JSON and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of automated testing strategies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with management/tracking tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

What Technical Skills Do We Require

  • MEAN / MERN Stack experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Exposure to Apigee as an API Gateway.

What Would Be Nice for You to Have Experience With:

  • Event-driven, asynchronous, and reactive programming patterns.
  • Secure coding and API development practices.
  • Microservices design and best practices.
  • Unidirectional data flow patterns (Redux, etc.).
  • RxJS or other reactive programming techniques/libraries.
  • GitHub, including best practices around branching strategies.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies (OpenAI, ChatGPT 4.0, Gemini, Claude).
