Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated OpEx Business Analyst to join our clients global Operational Excellence team on a hybrid contract basis. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data-driven solutions to support business optimisation initiatives.


The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights using modern digital tools, primarily Microsoft Power BI and the wider Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.


You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Dublin, Puerto Rico, and the US to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into effective dashboard and reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other approved digital tools.
  • Build and manage data models, integrating multiple data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
  • Apply data visualization best practices to present insights clearly, including drill-throughs and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Optimise dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Publish and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholder access.
  • Provide training and support to end users on dashboard usage and interpretation.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives using Power Platform tools.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 18 months’ experience in a similar data/digital role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and data integration techniques.
  • Knowledge of JSON, HTML, and basic C++.
  • Experience using development tools such as Visual Studio Code or Visual Studio.
  • Exposure to Power Platform CLI.
  • Programming experience in one or more: JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, Python.
