As a Human Resources Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting employees, managers and project teams across a fast‑paced, modern business environment.

This Human Resources Practitioner role offers the opportunity to work across employee relations, HR operations and data-driven decision-making while supporting high-impact initiatives. • Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including queries, employee relations matters and guidance on best practice.
• Manage ER cases in line with Ireland Employment Law, ensuring compliant, fair and effective resolutions.
• Analyse HR data to produce insights and support decision-making across performance, career development and compensation.
• Partner with project teams and stakeholders to resolve HR issues quickly and collaboratively.
• Contribute to HR initiatives by preparing presentations, reporting, documentation and communications.
  
  

• Previous HR experience in a fast-paced organisation, with strong exposure to HR fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of Ireland Employment Law, with proven employee relations experience.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and written skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Workday knowledge is a plus.
