Real Estate Energy Project Manager

We are now looking for a Real Estate Energy Project Manager to drive energy solutions.

• Lead energy infrastructure development and implement solutions such as solar PV, storage systems, EV charging, etc.
• Analyze energy use, initiate efficiency, optimization, and cost‑saving projects.
• Optimize building energy and facility management processes, assess risks, and propose improvements.
• Ensure the performance and compliance of engineering and energy systems; supervise contractors and service providers.
• Review engineering and energy design solutions for new developments and oversee their implementation.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, defect identification, warranty processes, and acceptance of new buildings.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and contribute to annual maintenance/repair budget planning.
• Lead the warranty service engineer.
  

• Higher engineering education (energy, electrical engineering, building engineering systems, etc.).
• Experience in energy, engineering systems, or real estate maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electricity, HVAC, automation) and renewable energy solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare technical solutions.
• Initiative, responsibility, and strong problem‑solving mindset.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD viewer, Outlook).
• English — B1+ level.
• Category B driver’s license.

€3300–5000 per month before taxes

The final offer depends on experience and competencies.
