Fullstack Engineer - AI savvy - TypeScript, Cloud, React, Data - decision & insights platform - Amsterdam/Hybrid

The platform transforms high loads of fragmented data into structured insights, actionable decisions, and reliable workflows. AI is adopted from an early stage which makes it part of the DNA of the team and platform. This is not a reporting tool, it’s a platform used daily by many teams to make better, faster decisions. The platform and customer base is growing very rapidly and the company is well-positioned for further growth.

Your mission

• Further design and develop (full stack) a robust platform that turns complex, real-world business problems into usable, intuitive software with AI-enabled tools helping where efficiency and productivity matter but the core remains solid architecture and clean, maintainable code.
• You will own your work end-to-end, from idea, to architecture, to production
• You’ll join a small, high-impact team where ownership is real.

What you’ll do

• Build core product features end-to-end from data models → backend services → frontend experience

→ translate commercial logic into clear interfaces, structured workflows, and reliable APIs

• Own features end-to-end

→ from idea and technical design to deployment, monitoring, and iteration

• Strengthen infrastructure and scalability

→ work with Google Cloud and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi)

• Develop intelligent functionality

→ including AI-supported workflows (≈90% of code is AI-assisted)

• Collaborate closely with business & data teams

→ ensure the platform reflects real commercial challenges

What you bring

• Strong full stack engineering foundation

→ We care about engineering (CS) principles more than a specific language or framerwork

→ Experience with React and NestJS, or similar TypeScript frameworks (Next.js, Express,

→ Ability to write clean, maintainable code + think in scalable architectures

→ You utilize modern AI tooling for optimal efficiency

• Cloud & infrastructure capabilities

→ Experience with Google Cloud is a strong plus but other Cloud experience is also ok

→ Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi, Terraform, or CDK)

→ Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions)

• Ownership & judgement

→ Comfortable making architectural decisions

→ Able to balance speed, quality, and technical debt

→ Strong sense of responsibility for what you build
