HR Generalist

HR Generalist (with ADP payroll) 0,8-1 FTE Ittervoort

Are you detail-oriented, service-minded, and energized by a dynamic production environment? We’re looking for an HR Generalist who combines HR operations with ADP payroll changes, absence support, and operational recruitment working from one of our production locations in The Netherlands (Ittervoort).

What you’ll do:

- First point of contact for employees & managers

- Manage contracts, changes, and personnel files

- Prepare and check payroll changes in ADP

- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding

- Handle absence registration & follow-up

- Support recruitment & staffing partner relations

- Prepare HR reports, support audits & process improvements

What you bring:

- Bachelor’s degree (HRM or similar), at least 3–5 years HR experience

- Experience with payroll changes (PDL is a plus)

- Knowledge of Dutch labor law, GDPR & absence legislation

- Accurate, communicative, proactive

- Fluent Dutch, good working English
