Job Description

Join our dynamic AI team to build and maintain the backend infrastructure powering a suite of specialized AI assistants. These assistants are designed to streamline helpdesk support, back office operations, and HR functions. Your work will directly impact how organizations leverage AI to enhance productivity and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend systems for each AI assistant, ensuring smooth performance and secure data handling through well-designed APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
• Collaborate closely with front-end teams to integrate and deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences tailored to each assistant’s function.
• Incorporate AI-driven functionalities to enhance the intelligence and responsiveness of support for helpdesk, HR, and back office operations.
• Actively participate in agile development processes, including code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement of backend architectures.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing backend web applications using Python and popular frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Proficiency in implementing REST APIs and ensuring robust data integration.
• A growth mindset with a willingness to expand backend skills and explore emerging technologies within an AI context.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an AI team, particularly with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with language models (LLMs) and cloud services (especially Azure) to support AI-driven projects.
• A basic understanding of machine learning and AI concepts to facilitate engaging in innovative AI integrations.
