We are looking for an Data CRM Analsyt!
Responsabilities:
- Reporting/data analysis: Creating and analyzing reports, performing the necessary database export and cross-referencing, and providing valuable insights to optimize CRM strategies and support business decisions.
- Database management: Monitoring, organizing and updating data regularly, resolving errors or inconsistencies.
- Prevention and correction: Identifying problems, anticipating and correcting them efficiently.
- Ensuring security and compliance: Ensuring data protection standards (GDPR).
- Technical support: Resolving daily problems, failures in lead integration systems, or corrections together with internal/central technical teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in data analysis/reporting and using tools such as Google Analytics, MS Office, Business Intelligence (LookerStudio, Spotfire, MS Power BI).
- Experienced in transforming complex data results into meaningful visualizations with clear insights.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to monitor and analyze digital performance dashboards and interpret performance indicators;
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in problem-solving situations.
- Organized and able to anticipate needs.
- Analytical and focused on finding a solution.
- Rigorous, with attention to detail.
- Resilient and able to deal with repetitive tasks.
- Proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Curious and interested.
- Proficiency in English.
