Responsibilities
Lead NPI projects end-to-end (development to industrialization and production)
Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality)
Define and optimize manufacturing processes (microtechnology / micromachining)
Ensure compliance with quality standards and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Manage project risks, timelines, and performance
Profile
Engineering degree (microtechnology, mechanical, materials or equivalent)
Proven experience in NPI / industrialization
Strong exposure to precision manufacturing or micromachining
Experience in MedTech or regulated environment (ISO 13485)
Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills
