Client:

SaaS platform provider in the higher education space.

Focus on digital transformation, student lifecycle, and institutional efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Manage product lifecycle from strategy to release

• Define market requirements through research and customer interaction

• Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities

• Drive product initiatives from business case to launch

• Contribute to pricing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy Customer Engagement: • Gather feedback through customer discussions and working groups

• Translate business needs into product solutions

• Act as subject matter expert for product capabilities Product & Agile:

• Define requirements, epics, and user stories

• Prioritize backlog and support sprint execution

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design

• Provide UI/UX input and rapid prototyping

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS product management

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma

• Exposure to AI/LLM tools
