🔍 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data visualization: transforming complex data into clear and actionable interfaces
• Digital sales flows: designing and optimizing digital sales flows
• Ability to clearly articulate:
• a problem
• a constraints
• a decisions
• a outcome

🛠️REQUIREMENTS

• 8–10+ years of experience in product design
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading complex products, not just one-off features
• Demonstrable portfolio of web products launched into production [not marketing sites]
• Experience in defining, launching and maintaining a design system
• Solid background in high-complexity environments such as:
• Fintech
• SaaS platforms
• Enterprise tools
• Marketplaces
