We’re now looking for a Product Designer to join our team for the next chapter of our journey.

Your Mission:

As a Product Designer in our Sleep Apnea team, you will play a central role in bringing a brand new product to market, a contactless Sleep Apnea detector designed to help people identify one of the most common and under diagnosed sleep disorders in the world. This is a rare opportunity to shape a product in a space where great design can have a direct impact on people's health.

For both current and future software products, you will own the end to end design process. Covering user research and early concept exploration through interaction design and polished UI, you’ll be working closely with your Product Manager and Tech Lead in a cross functional team. Given the nature of the product, you bring an understanding of designing in a regulated or health related context, and you take usability, accessibility, and clinical clarity as seriously as craft and aesthetics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests, and translate insights into concrete design decisions.
• Drive UX research and ensure the team stays connected to real user needs throughout discovery and delivery.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, and know when each is the right tool for the job.
• Actively work with and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Ensure accessibility according to WCAG as a natural part of your design process.
• Collaborate closely with developers and the product manager, representing design throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the product's strategic direction from a user perspective.

What we are looking for:

• Several years of experience as a UX/UI designer or Product Designer in a cross-functional product team.
• Experience from software products within medtech, health tech, or other regulated industries.
• Strong in both User research and visual/interaction design.
• Experience working with and evolving design systems.
• Solid understanding of WCAG and accessibility-driven design.
• Comfortable independently driving user interviews and usability tests, including formative and summative.
• Experienced working closely with developers and used to iterative, hypothesis-driven development.
• Fluent in Figma.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience designing for iOS. Used to working in a data-driven and experimental environment.
• Experience with animations and micro-interactions.
• Fluency in Swedish.
• A genuine interest in sleep and health.
• Usability and human factors documentation, including planning, execution, and reporting of evaluations.
