About Us

At SICE Nordics, part of the global Vinci Group, we are shaping the future of infrastructure and technology. Our success is driven by people — and that’s where you come in.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on HR Generalist who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys working across the full HR spectrum.

Your Impact

As our HR Generalist in Sweden, you will play a key role in building strong HR foundations while supporting employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

You won’t just “run HR processes”—you will drive structure, ensure compliance, and create a positive employee experience.

We are ruled by the Teknikavtalet for blue- and white-collar workers, but if you haven't worked with it before, we know that you will learn fast!

What You’ll Be Doing

 Be the go-to person for HR operations:

Manage employee data, contracts, and documentation and ensure everything runs smoothly and compliantly.

 Own and coordinate payroll processes:

Work closely with our external provider, validate inputs, and ensure accurate and timely payroll.

 Shape the team through recruitment:

Partner with hiring managers, attract talent, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring experience.

 Create great onboarding & offboarding experiences:

Support new hires from day one and ensure professional and structured offboarding processes.

 Support international mobility:

Handle work permits and assignments between Spain and Sweden, and ensure compliance with regulations.

 Drive learning and development initiatives:

Coordinate training programs and help employees grow.

 Build relationships with universities and schools:

Lead internship programs and represent SICE at career events.

 Coordinate occupational healthcare:

Ensure employee wellbeing through structured health checks and collaboration with providers.

 Provide HR insights and ensure compliance:

Work with reporting, audits, and corporate HR requirements.

 Lead Work Environment efforts in Sweden:

Be a key player in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace (SAM), supporting managers and safety representatives.
