Key Responsibilities
- Agile Coaching & Facilitation: Guide teams on Scrum practices, facilitate ceremonies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Domain-Specific Delivery: Manage payment software projects (e.g., ACH, credit card processing, payment gateways), ensuring compliance with security standards
- Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks to maintain steady velocity.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Dependency Management: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies in complex, integrated payment systems.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with 3 years minimum in banking or payments domains.
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification.
- Agile Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, facilitation, and servant leadership abilities.
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of software development processes and technical components of payment systems
