What You Will Do

As part of our team, you'll:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach development teams in Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Remove impediments and enable team productivity
• Foster collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders
• Track team metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
• Promote self-organization and cross-functional teamwork
• Work with multiple teams on both international and domestic projects
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for development teams
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to identify and remove team impediments effectively
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
• Nice to know: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and Kanban methodology
• Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients
• Higher education (preferable in technical or business field)
