Job Description

We are looking for an Project Manager who will take an active role in managing and coordinating our game development processes end-to-end.

This role focuses on structuring work, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining alignment across teams. You will be responsible for transforming high-level needs into actionable tasks, coordinating resources (both in-house and outsource), and ensuring that deliverables meet defined timelines and quality expectations.

You will work closely with development, design, and product teams while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level directives into clear tasks and manage the backlog
• Prioritize tasks and align execution with the product roadmap
• Plan, track, and manage development processes from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate in-house and outsource resources based on skill alignment
• Define project timelines, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery
• Track incoming work, validate outputs, and ensure quality and scope alignment
• Manage revision cycles and ensure feedback is implemented effectively
• Coordinate dependencies across development, design, and other teams
• Identify risks, track progress, and take proactive action when needed
• Communicate project status to stakeholders at appropriate levels of detail
• Facilitate decision-making, track action items, and maintain change logs
• Support roadmap execution and continuous process improvement
• Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify opportunities and improvements

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., arts, design, communication, engineering, or other art or analytical disciplines) or equivalent experience
• Interest in the gaming industry; familiarity with games and player experience
• Passion for playing and understanding games across different genres
• Experience or strong interest in project management, product development, or game development
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of requirement gathering and change management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decisions
• Experience working with resources not under direct control (in-house & outsource)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar is a plus
• Experience contributing to end-to-end product delivery is a plus
• Advanced English proficiency (written & verbal) is required
• Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones is essential
