Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst as part of our Product Team, to act as the bridge between product and technology teams. This role requires a deep technical understanding of business processes, product management, and excellent analytical skills to align business objectives with technical capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Product Managers and Product Leads to gather and document product requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Liaise with Tech Lead and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure they are understood.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Support the technical team in resolving questions and issues during development. Identify and propose improvements to existing product processes.
  • Define acceptance criteria and work with QA teams to validate product features.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure product releases meet business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend iterations or updates.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track product performance and user engagement.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within payments, fintech, banking, or regulated technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and digital financial products.
  • Experience working in agile product or delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to write clear functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in multi-country or matrixed organisations is highly desirable.
