Our ATCO Langley office is looking to add a new member to their small, vibrant, supportive, and growing family. This is a full time permanent inside sales position. In this role you will do sales, conduct market research, target and build relationships with our new and existing clients to sell or rent new and used ATCO products and services.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will have the benefit of marketing available fleet products along with ATCO’s manufacturing capabilities to build from scratch. This is a competitive role and building strong technical product knowledge while engaging in local community events will be paramount as you seek to build trust with your accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through walk-in’s, web leads, addressing our existing client issues.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to strengthen relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Research and stay updated on current industry trends
  • Monitoring current utilization levels and making recommendations for new features or products.
  • Update administrative records in Salesforce, excel and maintain accurate sales paperwork.
  • Submit leads in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications:

  • Extremely articulate, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to read, react, and adapt your sales approaches as necessary.
  • Good sales tactics
  • Strong organizational & time management skills .
