The Senior Specialist, Product Manager, Claims Product Suite (B2B) at Amplify Health plays a critical role in shaping the future of digital health solutions across Asia. This position operates at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and innovation, driving transformative initiatives that improve patient outcomes and redefine healthcare delivery models.
The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of full claims value chain — from provider management and eligibility through adjudication and payment, building configurable, white-label capabilities that clients can adapt to their market and operational, from ideation and concept validation to development, launch, and continuous optimisation. This includes defining the product vision, setting strategic priorities, and ensuring that every product aligns with Amplify Health’s mission to make healthcare more accessible, affordable, and effective.
The role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can translate high-level business objectives into actionable product roadmaps. The Product Manager leverages emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs and regulatory requirements.
As a key leader, the Product Manager collaborates cross-functionally with business, technology, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery. They champion customer-centric design principles, integrating behavioural insights and advanced analytics to personalise health experiences and improve engagement.

Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Own a market‑backed product strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned to customer outcomes and business objectives.
- Define target problems, personas, JTBDs, and success metrics for payers, providers, employers, and members.
- Drive data‑informed prioritization using frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, or equivalent value models.
- Make explicit trade‑offs balancing customer value, technical complexity, regulatory risk, and commercial impact.
- Discovery, Design & Outcomes
- Run structured discovery (customer interviews, prototype tests, betas, VOC programs), and instrument products with dashboards/analytics to measure adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
- Champion API-First design for B2B scalability and enhanced Integration experience adoption through use-cases based interfaces, SDKs, Implementation guide.
- Interoperability & Data Architecture
- Partner with architecture/engineering to deliver API first, cloud agnostic services and integrations, leveraging HL7 FHIR/SMART on FHIR for data models, auth and scopes, and secure EHR/payer connections.
- Ensure solutions can ingest/serve longitudinal health data and payer data, and support bulk data and near real-time workflows where appropriate.
- Privacy, Security & Compliance
- Embed privacy by design; for example, align to PDPA in Singapore (and analogous regulations in other markets).
- Collaborate with InfoSec to implement ISO/IEC 27001 controls and pursue standard like HITRUST aligned assurance for healthcare customers, as appropriate to product scope.
- Delivery & Quality
- Run Agile delivery with crisp backlog management, well-formed PRDs/Epics/Stories, and definition of done that includes security, privacy, performance, and observability.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing; ensure robust post launch monitoring and incident response playbooks are in place for mission-critical B2B Integrations.
- Go-To-Market & Commercialisation
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Operations on packaging, pricing, launch readiness, and product enablement playbooks, with minimum adjustments to different customer segment and country.
- Own success metrics: time to value, logo/market expansion, renewal/retention, measured clinical/financial outcomes per solution.
Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of B2B product management experience with full ownership across the product lifecycle, consistently delivering high‑impact features and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong ability to articulate value hypotheses, develop business cases, and build ROI and value‑realisation frameworks to inform product investment decisions.
- Proven end‑to‑end ownership spanning problem discovery, solution definition, go‑to‑market execution, scaling, and post‑launch value delivery.
- Demonstrated success leading the delivery of complex, cross‑functional products within agile development environments.
- Interoperability – Solid understanding of interoperability standards, including OpenAPI and FHIR, with hands‑on awareness of SMART on FHIR app enablement, OAuth 2.0/OIDC security models, and app launch patterns.
- Data Privacy & Security – Working knowledge of data privacy and security requirements, including PDPA obligations (consent, purpose limitation, data protection, and breach notification), with experience partnering with Information Security teams on ISO 27001 controls.
- Exposure to AI/ML‑enabled products, with familiarity across governance, risk, and policy considerations.
- Strong prioritisation and value‑driven decision‑making skills, leveraging frameworks such as WSJF and RICE, defining KPIs and OKRs, and utilising product analytics to measure success.
- Experience navigating healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple APAC markets.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment would be highly advantageous.
- Experience integrating with payer/provider systems using FHIR APIs (R4/R5), and familiarity with SMART App Launch and Backend Services patterns.

- Strategic Architect: Ability to translate business vision into scalable product architecture and long-term roadmap. Demonstrates foresight in anticipating market trends and aligning product strategy with organisational goals.
- Data-Driven Decisiveness: Leverage data, experimentation, and evidence‑based insights to inform prioritisation, validate hypotheses, and optimise product outcomes. Apply structured prioritisation frameworks (e.g., WSJF, RICE) and OKRs to balance customer value, risk, and business impact. Comfortable running experiments (including A/B tests where appropriate) and learning quickly from results—both successes and failures.
