International Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

We are representing our client in the search for a dynamic and commercially driven International HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support regional and global business expansion. This role will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
• Support international expansion, including market entry, workforce planning, and organizational setup
• Drive full-spectrum HR functions, including:
• Talent acquisition
• Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Learning & Development (L&D)
• Performance management
• Manage and support regional teams (e.g., Singapore and overseas markets)
• Advise on employee relations, local labor laws, and HR compliance across different jurisdictions
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent development, and succession planning
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong company culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HRBP
• Proven experience supporting regional or global teams
• Strong knowledge of international HR practices and labor regulations
• Hands-on experience across full-spectrum HR (TA, C&B, L&D, ER)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
