Product Manager (CNS/Psychiatry Portfolio)

Delta Medical, a dynamic and innovation-driven pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of an original portfolio of well-known CNS brands.

What you will do:

Develop and execute brand strategy and annual marketing plans for CNS products

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

Drive product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns

Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs on educational initiatives and scientific support

Work with field force to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies

Develop promotional materials and oversee multichannel campaigns

Manage product budget, forecasts, and performance tracking

Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and leading psychiatric centers

Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to meet business goals

Your profile:

3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing (Product Manager or Junior Product Manager role)

Experience in CNS/psychiatry is highly preferred

Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment

Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field

High level of English proficiency

Working conditions:
