Senior Executive – Payment Services Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a resource with hands-on experience in managing Cash Management Services (CMS), EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines, and UPI services. The ideal candidate should have operational expertise in service activations/deactivations, handling service-related queries, and supporting day-to-day payment operations within a retail or similar business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of Cash Management Services (CMS), including onboarding and maintenance.
• Handle EDC machine lifecycle management (deployment, activation, troubleshooting, and deactivation).
• Support UPI service operations, including merchant onboarding, issue resolution, and transaction-related queries.
• Process service activation and deactivation requests accurately and within defined SLAs.
• Respond to and resolve internal and external queries related to payment services.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth service delivery.
• Monitor service performance and ensure minimal downtime or disruption.
• Maintain proper documentation and track all service requests and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in payment services / CMS / EDC / UPI operations.
• Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, digital payments, and retail payment ecosystems.
• Experience in handling activations, deactivations, and service-related issue resolution.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in retail, banking, fintech, or similar service-driven industries.
• Exposure to merchant support or payment operations environments will be highly preferred.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA from a recognized university
