Head of Operations

Freshminds has partnered with a leading global professional services business, who are looking for an impressive Head of Operations to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a small team
• Seeking out new ways of operating more efficiently and effectively, with the adoption of AI
• Upskilling the business on new ways of working

Requirements:

• c.5 years in consulting, with a spike in project managment and operational efficiency
• great people skills, and management experience
• adaptive, flexible and enjoys a fast-paced environment
