Key Responsibilities:

SaaS Platform Engineering & Ownership

• Act as a technical owner for a complex SaaS application, including platform configuration, environments, and release coordination
• Design, manage, and maintain SaaS configurations to meet business, security, and operational requirements
• Partner with SaaS vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and influence roadmap outcomes

Integration & API Engineering

• Design, build, and support internal integrations using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-based patterns
• Troubleshoot integration issues across distributed systems, ensuring reliability and performance
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to align API contracts and integration standards
