Within Lazard’s Paris office and our IB Real Estate team, Lazard Immobilier we are looking for an Analyst to join the team. The Analyst will be fully integrated into a team of 10 people.

We’ll trust you to:

• Asset transactions: Acquisition/disposal of portfolios or single assets, and sale-and-leaseback operations
• Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Financing on behalf of major real estate players
• Advisory on real estate strategy and valuation of real estate assets
  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Top tier Business School Master degree
• At least one year of experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance, etc.)
• A prior experience in the real estate sector (in advisory or investment)
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and with professional investment banking tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Dealogic, Capital IQ or equivalent), as well as proficiency with real estate databases
• Fluency in English
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong work ethic, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, curiosity, enthusiasm, and team spirit
