Contract Opportunity: Product Manager (Amazon Connect & Salesforce) – Dublin (Hybrid)

I’m currently partnering with a client who is looking to bring on a strategic Product Manager to drive customer and business value across digital and operational products.

This is a high-impact, stakeholder-heavy role, working across distributed teams and multiple suppliers, with a strong focus on product strategy, delivery, and governance.

Rate: €525 per day

Location: Dublin (hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)

Type: Contract (6–12 months)

Must-Have Experience

• Strong background as a Product Manager / Senior Product Owner
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Experience working with data-driven products and decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management across business & technical teams
• Experience in complex environments with multiple dependencies

Candidates without both Amazon Connect & Salesforce experience will not be considered

Nice to Have

• Contact centre / customer service domain experience
• Background in large-scale environments (enterprise / telecom / SaaS)
• Exposure to AI / automation (chatbots, self-service, etc.)
