Product Lifecycle Management Manager

Lifecycle Technical Manager | Dublin (CDMO)

We’re hiring a Lifecycle Technical Manager to lead a portfolio of technology transfers, process improvements, and lifecycle activities in a GMP-regulated CDMO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology transfer projects (scale-up, validation, commercial readiness)
• Ensure robust, compliant manufacturing processes for commercial supply
• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support product expansions and regulatory submissions across global markets
• Provide technical leadership for deviations, CAPAs, OOS investigations
• Act as the key technical contact for cross-functional teams and external partners/CMOs
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, tech transfer, or lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory expectations
• Experience working with CMOs / external manufacturing partners
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional technical projects
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
