What you'll do:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, planning, and prioritization.
• Track team metrics and drive initiatives for process improvement and delivery efficiency.
• Build strong relationships across technical, business, and third-party stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on agile best practices, system architecture, and software development processes.

What you bring:

• Certified Scrum Master with recognized professional qualification.
• Extensive experience leading teams on large-scale Agile projects.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tailoring agile frameworks to project needs.
• Experience with agile transformation programs and integrating external systems.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills to motivate teams and deliver outcomes.
• Comfortable in mixed traditional and agile environments with a focus on continuous improvement; third-level qualification desirable.
