🎯 Your Mission

Within a technological and international industrial environment, you play a key role in ensuring the stability and continuous development of the internal IT infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Installing and configuring IT hardware and software


• Administering and evolving internal servers and core technological tools


• Preparing and configuring workstations for employees


• Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation


• Providing technical support to end users


• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents


• Contributing to system updates and continuous improvements


• Training teams on the use of new technological solutions


• Structuring internal technical documentation and contributing to IT procedures

You are a key contributor to the company’s daily operational efficiency.

🧠 Your Profile

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience in systems/network administration


• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role


• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure & support environments


• Proficiency in English (German and/or French are an asset)


• Team player with autonomy and a strong service mindset


• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
